Right Living - That Craving For Good Health Ends Here

I started off my journey with Anupama in January (2023) with anomalies in my thyroid function, pre-diabetic condition and a weight of 56.6 Kgs (heavy for my petite stature). I was highly concerned about the nutritional deficiencies that had come up in my blood tests.

The program started with a detailed evaluation by the doc in form of blood tests and filling out forms. After which a diet suited to your ethnicity is constructed. If you are from north, your diet will be suited to your regular meal patterns, which is what I really liked. There weren't many new fancy introductions unlike elsewhere. The diet is easy to prepare, sustainable and can be continued easily even during travel period.

Me being a lousy eater, eating frequently was a bit hard, however once I got a grip over the quantity and timings, I really started to feel lighter, energetic. My morning hunger pangs disappeared. I did not feel the need to eat outside the prescribed quantity and time.

The weight loss was gradual and hormonal anomalies seem to have rectified within 3 months. I was also on supplements for thyroid & diabetes (as prescribed by my endocrinologist). Diet coupled with supplements and regular exercising have put me back in pink of health.

As of today (April 2023) I have lost 5.7 kgs and gathering compliments from my friends & family. All thanks to Anupama!

We got an appointment after a long wait time. We (My husband and I) diligently did all the tests worth ~20k she asked us to before the first session. **** ** *** ****** ** **** **** **** * ***** ***** **** * ************ * Its a package based model where the the start price is 30k for getting any diet advice. I don't think expecting the patient to invest this huge amount of money before a good run where they have seen some benefit through individual sessions is fair.*** ** **** **** ***** ******** ******* ***** **** I don't feel comfortable investing in till I see some benefit. By the way I also had to pay for that ***** ***** *******

Dr. Anupama and her team are amazing. Very patient listeners and pleasant to talk to. I have lost About 10 kgs in 4 months and I am super happy. No starving just smart diets designed for me by Dr. Anupama. I like that she takes into consideration how my body reacts to certain foods and not just suggests one size fits all regime to me.

This was my first session with Dr. Anupama which was centered around understanding my requirements and my goal with my nutrition and diet. We will be having further sessions as well. Will be able to give detailed feedback then. From yesterdays session, I can say that she has patience to hear you out and is also very approachable & friendly which makes one feel at ease which allows details and specifics to be discussed without any reservations.

She listened to the queries, understand the problem. while talking to her you will get the confidence, that yes you can reduce the weight. I didn't proceed ahead with her for the further weight loss program due to some other reason. But definitely I will recommend her to others.
